Hi Everyone.
I think I am the Profile with the lowest score here 453.
None the less, I too got the NOI on 16th.

Need some help. I decided to create my profile on the OINP eFiling portal but it seems to be down for maintenance.
Can someone check at their end and see if it is working for them. If so, please share the URL to the Portal here.

Thanks in advance!

Hi ,

The portal is down, let keep checking .

A question to the Senior Members of this community and forum :-

I have worked in the 2173 NOC since 2016 but on 29th January I left my previous organization. On 11th Feb, I joined a different org albeit under the same NOC profile.
Now, the question is, I plan to file my profile for OINP on 1st or 2nd of March but I am not sure if I would be able to procure any reference letter from my new employer by then seeing how I am so new to the org and haven't even worked for 1 whole month. Any suggestions as to how can I tackle this peculiar situation?

New Org : IBM India ( Any suggestions from fellow IBMers in this thread or forum will be appreciated too! )

Thanks in advance!

Is OINP website still down? I am really worried, as its been down for past 3 days. Do they give extension for us?
OR, is it working for everyone and only I am facing the issue?

Thanks

Anyone finished documents for settlement funds?
do we need to get bank statements of ALL bank accounts we have including credit cards and the bank statements of the saving accounts - the one we have our fund in? or just the saving accounts documents are enough?

Many Thanks!

I have downloaded E-Statement of my savings account showing the necessary funds and I'm planning to upload the same for proof of funds.

Why would they be interested in Credit Card details?

I think their purpose is to verify that people have sufficient funds before coming to Canada and credit card statements won't show that.

Hi Everyone,

My CRS score is 454. The profile was submitted on 02-Mar-2020.
Nominated NOC is 2174.

But, I haven't received an NOI from Ontario.

Is that the case that they do not give NOIs to all the people whose CRS score is from 453 and 467 ?
My language level is at CLB 10.
I have 5-6 years of experience.

Regards,

Yes, they don't send NOI to everyone in the CRS score range and they don't reveal their selection criteria.

Have you selected Ontario/All provinces in your EE profile? Do you only have Bachelor's degree?

Hi All,

I received the nomination as well. Here are a couple of questions;

  1. My current CIC profile expires in May 2021, but I plan to submit my application on OINP within a week or two, what happens to my nomination in case my CIC profile expires but I haven't received an ITA (even after receiving 600 points via PNP)? Can the nomination (as well as the awarded 600 points) be transferred to my new profile once the current one expires?
  2. I'm fine with going ahead with the PNP nomination and can wait until I have ITA with me and eventually have the passport get an immigration visa but I'm currently based in India and I have some commitments here that I'd like to fulfill before I move out for a long term, and that would mean that I'd need to be in India at least until end of 2022. Now assuming that I get the ITA by 2nd half of this year and eventually get my passport prepared for my immigration visa, would it be okay if I go and stay in Toronto (Ontario) for 1 or 2 months until I get the PR card and then return in India and then move to Ontario for good after the end of 2022 once my commitments here in India are sorted?
Any help is appreciated. :)

I have received the NOI on 16th feb . I have 6.5 years experience in the same company .. my current designation as per company is IT Analyst for which the Noc code is seperate but none of the roles and responsibilities defined in that Noc code matched with my current job profile.. in fact all my roles and responsibilities exactly match with Noc code 2173 for which designation is software engineer. I hope it will be fine as I have 2173 only as my Noc code .. anyone who can help here

The designation doesn't matter as long as your employer is willing to issue an experience letter that states the job description matching the applicable NOC code.
