Thanks man. I have a question though. If I don't accept/reject it yet, I'll still be in the pool right? I am actually planning to wait for a couple of draws(since this OINP can wait for 45 days) and If I don't receive an ITA, I'll probably go for OINP.

Hello all, I have a few questions about the documents required for the OINP HCP stream:

1. Why is a resume required? Education and work history should be well verified by your diploma and employment letter... any special information or format is needed for the resume? Or just make one as if you were job hunting?
2. My T4 slip won't be ready until end of Feburary, and NOA will take even longer to get... so these 2 documents are unlikely to be available before the 45-day deadline for OINP, what should I do in this case? Can I submit application first and then send them later as soon as they're available?
3. I'll go for CEC in Express Entry and it's clearly stated by IRCC that POF isn't needed for CEC, do I still need to provide POF for OINP in this case?
4. If I need POF, can I just use online statements from my bank? Some people say they must be signed & stamped, but there's no such requirement in the HCP application guide.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

as tech codes 0213,2147, 2172,2173, 2174, 2175 were issued for the year 2019 .
