Hi guys
I'm looking for immigration to canada through
Student visa. My friend who studies at Windsor university,Ontario
Claims that a student is eligible to apply for pr as soon as u graduate
From Windsor university.he is doing his masters in biotechnology. Can u please
Brief me on thus policy as the consultants are never clear in this matter.
I've been through the links but they are really confusing. Please guide me. : :

Yes your friend is right.. Once you finished your studies you are eligible to apply for three years work permit.. Once you crossed a three years of total stay in Canada (2 years stay as a student + one year stay with work permit), then you are eligible to apply for a PR which is easy to get now a days.. My friend is doing masters in biotech course and he says
As soon as you graduate from Windsor university u can directly apply for PR(PNP).
He says you do not require a job offer or any work exp and you can straight away file for pr.
Please give it suggestions on this.

In almost all provinces. This is the rule that masters and PHD students can file their PR after completing their program succesfully. they dont need any job offer.
