Hi All,

I have got a nomination from Ontario for PNP through express entry and I understand I have to apply to Ontario PNP program now

While submitting the details, I have few queries

1. Copies of your employment/work experience reference letters (mandatory)
do we have to take a reference letter from employer or offer letter and experience letter will suffice?

2. Settlement funds
in express entry, I declared funds as CAD 20,000
now, do we have to show bank statements of this much amount and what if I don't have this much funds right now

Any help would be great, thanks in advance

Ans 1. You need reference letters & proof of salary & experience letter. More documents you provide authenticating your claim for work experience, the quicker your file will be processed & higher the likelihood of approval.
Ans2. You must show those settlement funds or else you’ll get ADR (additional doc request) which will delay your case or even worse face rejection

Hi,
--> Employement letters and Proof of funds are two important factors for OINP application. Your roles & responsibilities should be listed in employment letter and those roles must match your NOC code.

1. >>> offer letter may not work. You need to get experience letter or reference letter from your ex-employers. These letters should include your roles and responsibilities matching your NOC code. getting experience/refference letters is easy process - you just have to e-mail respective company seperation team for ref. letter listing your responsibilities carried out. (you can find a ref. template in google). Your ONIP application will be strong with this and to avoid rejections.

2. >>> Yes, you must show bank balance statement in CAD Currency and if possible attach past 3-6 months statement as well.
