I have created my profile yesterday and the points are 400+. I would like to know-

1. If Ontario PNP is still open and are considering applicants.
2. If they would consider my application and I would get an invite as I have shown interest in Ontario province.

Right now no one get a PT from OINP. However, they will continue sending PTs soon or later.

No - we have no idea of timelines.

Guys I need expert opinion regarding my case.

I came to Toronto in Aug 2014 on student visa and applied in Oct 2014 for the dependent visa of my two kids. However, they got rejection.
In June 2015, I applied for my husband’s TRV which was turned down due to reason two reasons; 1) ties with home country 2) in sufficient finance (he showed liquid assets of approx.: CAD 45,000).
In meanwhile I have already applied for PNP and waiting for decision. My convocation is in JUNE 2016 and wants to call my family to attend. I wonder should I apply only for husband TRV or for all three (2 kids and my husband) together. Currently dependent visa is taking almost 10 months. Is there any other way I can invite them to join me?

Sure you can apply for as many PNPs as you want; you can however only accept one nomination.

Accepting a nomination technically means you agreed to reside in the province.

OINP has paused receiving all new applications from 9th May 2016, and has stopped also sending PTs, except for the French Speaking Skills Stream, Entrepreuneurs and International students (not sure about the later though).
