Ontario PNP

Hello all,
I'm new here. I made an express entry profile for federal skilled worker visa 3 days ago.
My score is 435. I received an Ontario PNP nomination email the next day.
I have a couple of questions regarding the application.

I received my ECA resulted via mail from UoT on the 8th of Jan. I only received the pdf copy for now. The hard copy is expected to be delivered to me in 4 to 6 weeks (the deadline to submit the application to Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program is 45 days so I would have to order a duplicate copy via courier). Would printing out the pdf copy and sending it with the application suffice? Or do I need to send an original copy in the application. Or do I need to ask UoT to send it directly to Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program?

Another question about the IELTS, can I scan my IELTS certificate and send it with the application or do I have to ask the British Council to send it directly to Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program? The application guide says nothing about these things, and I need to make sure everything is okay.

I would appreciate it if someone who has already submitted an ontario PNP application answered me.

Hi,
1. You may have to ask the UoT to send the ECA directly to MIICT. For your application package, copy of pdf should be fine.
2. For IELTS, just a copy of your score is enough. They have access to check it- no need to worry on that.

currently you can send copy of PDF as eca document. Ontario has made it mandatory for all applicants to send ECA copy directly from WES. so with you application you ll need to order ECA duplicate report to OINP, MCIIT.
