Ontario -PNP

Hi All,

I have permanent job in ontario and Also I have completed 2 year diploma in Ontario. Can anybody please tell me that do my employer need to do any kind screening for PNP ?

Ontario PNP is employer driven, i.e, the employer has to fill 2 forms called the joint verification form and a pre-screening form (which needs to show what steps were done to screen applicants for the job, before recruiting you and other such details), which is available on the Ontario PNP website and needs to be submitted to Ontario PNP for considering your provincial nominee application for Permanent Residence (PR).
