Ontario PNP : What is expected date to reopen HCP

Hi,

I have received the Ontario Notification of Interest in my express entry profile on 18 July. After a week when I collected all the docs and ready to upload on 26 July, then come to know that Ontario Human Capital Stream is already closed in Ontraio pnp portal.

Could any suggest, is this possible to paper file in Ontario PNP?

and when next Ontario Human Capital Stream probability to open again?

Almost the same thing happened to me. I received my NOI on July 11 and frantically got together all my documents and was ready to submit on July 25, when they closed. So I have been waiting and checking for updates every day. However, their FAQ does say that they intended all along to open and close the stream periodically throughout the year to allow people to apply throughout the year, so I think/hope it's very likely they will reopen later this year.

A new update was just posted here. Let's pray that they will be ready to reopen the stream after this weekend's system maintenance:

Please note, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program e-Filing Portal will be unavailable until Monday, August 14, 2017 as the system undergoes maintenance. Any clients whose application deadlines are affected by the system maintenance are asked to contact the program directly at ontarionominee@ontario.ca.


And as of August 8, 1994 out of 6000 nominations for 2017 are remaining, down from 2485 on July 10 and 2897 on June 19. So it appears they have been issuing approximately 500 nominations per month for the last 2 months. They still are processing applications that were submitted no later than August 7. Let's pray that they have significantly fewer than 1994 applications in the queue and will reopen soon.

I m praying hard...for the same.
As I received noi on 19 may but since my ielts was expiring soon I didn't go along with it..and as in now I m ready with my new viable ielts.so hoping to upload my documents as soon as they open the HCP portal.

I received NOI on 29th June but somehow could not register for the same before 25th July. Just hope it will open the soonest. What are your NOC and CRS ? Have you all tried to other provinces as well ? If yes then where and how ? Pls guide

I have not tried any other provinces. I don't have the qualifying NOC codes within the last 10 years for SINP. But if your NOC code is on the SINP list

you can apply for SINP when they reopen. They seem to open briefly once a month and then close.

Thanks dear, my NOC is 2281 and have also been searching for its demand in other provinces.

Does anyone know What are the job aspects in the Atlantic provinces and what are their chances of issuing NOI ?

Same happened to me Noi on 12 july 2017 but ontario close on 25 july Noi 2175
