Ontario PNP: Submit LOR for ALL work experience in the past 10 years?

I just saw that the OINP application form asks for letters of reference for all jobs you've held in the past 10 years instead of just the one you're claiming experience points for. Seems a bit excessive, especially considering that many people have been employed by companies that no longer exist and still others don't want to claim points for certain jobs.

What happens if you can't supply a LOR for a particular job? I was self employed about 8-9 years ago and there is no way I can provide accounting documents or letters from clients for a period so far back.

Has anyone else faced similar issues and how did you manage to work around them?

Provide what you can and add a short note explaining your inability to provide reference letters for some past work experience and the fact that you aren't claiming points for that experience. That would suffice.

I am able to obtain a letter of reference from one of my closed employers but i dont have paystubs.. now shall i say that I dont want to claim points for this exp?
Cuz i am not sure if they will ask me for paystubs later since i am adding those yr in my experience and wish to gain points on that
