Neither is possible as a failed refugee claimant.

No. Also work permit from refugee claim doesn’t give us any status. So we can’t use this work experience for other immigration programs.

Hello, I am a Palestinian with a Syrian document, and I currently reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and was born there. The Saudi government issued a decision to deport me from Saudi Arabia due to a problem beyond my control. I have a family consisting of a wife and two daughters, one of whom suffers from a chronic disease and takes medication every 8 hours continuously for the rest of her life. We are Palestinians and there is nowhere to go. No one helped me, and I do not know how to apply for asylum in Canada. Is there anyone who can help me?

You cannot apply for asylum outside of Canada. You must apply for visitor visa (show funds, ties to return, travel history) and if approved, claim asylum upon entry to Canada.

Thank you.. Do you know any foreign authorities or lawyers who can submit a request for me from within Canada?
You need to be in Canada. A lawyer cannot submit an asylum claim for you if you are not physically in Canada. You need TRV/visitor visa. Once you land, you claim asylum at airport. Then you can hire a lawyer, if you want, to help you through the process.

How do I get this visa and I am stateless?? Can you help me by submitting an invitation for me?
Go on the IRCC site and look at document requirements for a visitor visa. An invitation letter is from someone you know in Canada who invites you to visit with a planned itinerary.

Have you ever registered with UNHCR?
