Hello, NOC of EE profile and OINP application should match. OINP advised us to go change the NOC in the EE profile, and then send them an email with the changes. We did so, they then informed us that they will attach this change to our application. Our application is still "Submitted", hoping the changes wont impact the outcome.Hello guys, I have a small question and anyone's help would be highly appreciated because I'm really worried that our OINP application might be rejected because of what happened.
We are common law applying under French speaking skilled workers OINP after receiving NOI. We submitted all our documents and got the blue icon(that all documents are in order), later on we were asked to provide further documents
1. Insufficient work experience
2. Reference letter + proof of payement
It is only part one that we are worried about, my partner is a journalist and she worked for the past 3 consecutive years as a project admnisitrator (skill type B) under a different NOC than the one specified in the EXPRESS ENTRY profile and only 1 month as a freelance journalist so she submitted reference letters and payments slips related to her work as a project administrator but didn't get the reference letter for her freelance job which she is now in the process of doing, they gave us a 10 day deadline to upload it (there is no upload button on our e-filing app so we will send it by mail to ontarionominee@ontario.ca)
My question is could we get rejected if she has experience in a different NOC than the one specified in the EE profile? If anyone is/was in the same situation we would really appreciate your help because we are in a bit of a desperate situation and we feel like canada is our only option to move out of our third world country and start a decent life.
OINP takes the latest all programs draw cutoff, deducts 1 point from it and goes down from there. The last all programs draw cutoff was 468 in December of last year so 467 is the maximum score for all of the draws that happened this year so anyone above 467 will not receive an invite. Can anyone explain why Ontario is putting an upper limit on the CRS Score they're issuing NOI to? While my NOC and my husband's NOC are both on the in-demand occupation list, our CRS is MORE than the cut-off and that's why we haven't been getting an NOI in the OINP! This feels so absurd!
Early this year only those between 466 - 467 were invited and on March 2, only those between 463 - 467 have been invited!
This is so frustrating! People haven't been able to get in because of LOW CRS and we haven't been able to get in because of HIGH CRS score! And the IRCC is not even taking out a cut-off for FSW. If last year is proof, FSW cut-off won't come till mid or end of this year! SOMEONE, PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS STUPIDITY TO ME!
You will get a mail within a week with the nomination approval letter and certificate.Hello guys,
I got my nomination on 03/03/2021. I have accepted it.
OINP profile says approved, EE already applied 600 marks to my CRS.
However, I have a question - when and how do I get my nomination certificate from OINP? I can see that a number of people have mentioned it here but I received nothing of such. How long does it normally take?
Thank you all for your support thus far.
Oh, okay. You will get a mail within a week with the nomination approval letter and certificate.
