I don't think so. it requires human interaction from submitted to assessment too. I had one request before moving to assessment. My guess is one staff collects all documents of one applicant in submitted stage and the other staff evaluates documents in assessment stage. In the decision stage, manager reviews them before approval.

Assessment: April 14

No email was sent from ontario and their website still has my status as DIP.

My NOC is 1111. Got the NOI Feb 13th, submitted Feb 21st.
It moved quite quickly to DIP on Mar 10th and no correspondence till yesterday, April 14th.
