My EE profile was expired withing this time. So, I had to create new EE profile and send the required documents to them.
 
Hi, my OINP timelines are as follows.
submitted - August 19th, 2019
I don't know when it got to assessment stage as the next time I saw it was DIP.
From mid-September, it is in 'Decision in Progress'.
But I do not see any red or blue icon beside my file number as they mention on the website. Is this a problem?
someone please help!

You will see red icon if OINP requested you for any additional documents. Once you submit those additional docs, you will see blue icon.
In your case, the status changed to Decision in progress. So, nothing to worry.

Even my Submission date was August 19th, 2019 and in DIP since Sept 10th. Currently people with August 17th as submission date are receiving nominations. Hopefully we will get the nomination anytime next week. Best of Luck.

Recently i got a mail from ircc that i got a message in my account,my status for oinp file is still in DIP. I can’t login to my account as credentials are with the agent.Can someone please tell me that whether it is an approval or something else?I submitted my file on 16 august and it is in DIP since 6 September

All the details you have mentioned are pointing towards your OINP nomination waiting in your IRCC portal . Ask your agent to check at the earliest and take appropriate steps.

Yes....it looks like you have received OINP nomination...you need to login to your IRCC portal and accept/reject the nomination.
 
Status of my application updated today:

NOI - 1st Aug 2019 (OINP tech draw)
Submitted - 28th Aug 2019
Assessment - 12th Sept 2019
DIP - 5th Oct 2019

Has anybody received the NOI in last 2 weeks? Is the province of Ontario still sending nominations or done for 2019? Hopefully they will consider candidates with NOC 2171 as well.

Noi - 15th August
Submitted - 4th September
Assessment - 27th September
Dip - awaited.
 
Applications submitted in the first week of September were being considered last week. If you submitted in terms second week of September, you can expect some movement in status this week or next.
