No, LMIA is required ONLY if you have a job offer from an employer in Canada. If you currently don'y have a job offer you don't need it.

NOI is mandatory for OINP tech draw, which comes under HCP stream, I hope you have received that.
Doesn't OINP Tech Draw/HCP also work with a job offer instead of Proof of Funds?

If so, does it need a LMIA or not?

I don't think it should cause any problem. The recommended way is to to redact credit card or insurance numbers as per OINP guide; but the maximum they will do is send you an ADR stating you did not redact the credit card information, so keep another statement ready with the credit card information redacted (highly unlikely - since they will notice it only if they are actually looking for it).

In all probability you should be okay, nothing to worry about.
Thank you so much!! :(:(

Hi,

I have now three options, could you kindly please guide me here. I received OINP NOI on 15th August and I have my wedding ceremony planned for 9th September.

1) Can I get married as planned and then submit my OINP application as a married applicant (spouse traveling with me)? Will that result in rejection of my OINP application since they gave me NOI when I was single? If it possible, how should I be informing OINP about the change in my marital status?

2) Should I get the marriage registered after I get the Ontario nomination and then update the CIC profile accordingly?

3) Should I get the marriage registered after I get ITA and submit the documents also? In this case I know that I just need to inform CIC about the change in my marital status and since post-ITA there will be no recalculation of CRS score, I know my spouse can travel with me.

I know that option 3 is the safest option, but we want to get the marriage registered earlier, if possible. So could u please tell me if option 1 or 2 is feasible?

You have 45 days to submit your application.
thank you for response..
So I can start my application anytime before that right..or do I need to acknowledge something , because I know once I open my application I will only have 14 days to submit it. Hence I haven't taken actioned upon it yet.
Also, Is it fine if my Employee letter is addressed to " Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada" ??

Hi !

What is the expected cut off for OINP ? Additionally, do we know when is the next draw slated for ?

Appreciate the help !
It will happen within a month for sure. Again, many NOIs will be wasted since applicants with 457 score & above have got direct ITAs.

Cut-off generally varies from 439 & above.

I got an email from OINP today as they found my appication incomplete. By mistake, I din' t add blank pages of my passport. They have given me 14 days deadline. ItIis clearly mentioned that Attachments by emails will not be accepted. Documents submitted by e- filling portal are acceptable only. The problem is that after logging in I didn' t see any upload option now. I am really stressed. Need help!! Is there any way we can submit it through e-filing portal?
