Although this is a very late reply, i wanted to anyways do so so that whoever else stumbles this thread and is in the same boat as I was , it can be helpful to them ... I did apply for the OINP nomination as spouse accompanying on 23rd August 2019 and got my nomination on the 12th November 2019. There will be no issues if you plan on adding your spouse despite the score change after you get the NOI as you still respect one of the minimum requirements for getting an OINP nomination which is having a CRS score above 400 points. This minimum requirement could be subject to change based on the OINP authorities. Always read the minimum requirements of any nomination program before assuming or starting your application. good luck to whoever reads thisI think you should apply for single applicant only, as Ontario invited you based on your crs.. if ur crs is decreasing due to any changes in profile, you wont be eligible for nomination.

Thank you for replying again.Actually there is nothing like pool for masters PNP
if u get ielts all bands above 6 that’s enough
now here the difficult thing is PNP Ontario masters stream will be opened for only few hours ( max 1-2hrs) so if your lucky enough u can create a application and u will get file no at that time.
So before that uuu need to have my key account
Create and keep it ready it will make things easier for u when they open the stream
Yes you are right. Thanks gauri24. For Marriage Certificate, looks like that it is not required for OINP, but is required post ITA, right?
The first was for CES to send my education equivalence directly to them and second request was to submit documents proving that my current job is a paid one.Can I ask what documents are requested additionally?
