NOC job code will be the main difference.

I have job offer without LMIA, no French skills, NOC 2171.

Check your EE profile which one of FSW or CEC is applicable for you. If you have both, choose the one that you can prepare the related documents easily.

You should get the NOI on Aug 9th if:
- you have a job offer in Ontario (LMIA doesn't matter)
- CRS 350-439
- Indicate the desired province either Ontario or All provinces
- Date EE application submitted between Jan 1st and Aug 9th

Still wondering why could I get NOI.

As we are all anticipating OINP to open sometimes soon sometimes in 2018 - I propose we all get together here, chat, discuss, share updates, predict and then share good news... once PT notifications would start coming through.

Hi, When did you create your profile? I created my profile on March 7th 2018, I also have 419 points in EE and have a job offer in Ontario in NOC 2171 but didn't receive NOI??

Do you have 1 year of experience in canadaor have you shown interest in ontario while creating your EE ?

Well i am also having job offer and 381 score in 2171 and I got NOI. But by mistake I put yes where they asked have you been working for year on current work permit?

I realized later on but I have mentioned exact date of my employement so i am not claiming canadian experience points . I am having FSW points only.

Now i am confused what to do ?

If this targeted job offer means only valid job offer which doesnt require LMIA or atleast year experience with same employer , Then i am good to go.

So just wanted to check with you what were ur options ?

At the moment Ontario is only sending NOIs to French candidates and job offers. The rest its a tough road ahead
