My score will drop 6 pts in October, so desperately need it to happen in September

Hi Shanmuka, as of now, ON is giving NOI only to those who have Job offer or are from French speaking. Those who have CRS above 440 are getting ITAs directly. For people like us who have CRS between 400 to 440, no NOI is received!

basically it is just: find a jog in ON, learn french or wait and hope
not much you can do. it's ON who has to invite you first
