Hello again! Anyone here who submitted their application on or after 14-Nov and the status has changed to assessment stage? Please let me know.

Also, my point dropped in my EE profile from 424 to 419 on my birthday this week. Should I be informing IRCC of this change?

Any help will be much appreciated.

I submitted my profile on 27th nov. Its still showing submitted. As per OINP website, we should wait for maximum 60 days before asking about the status update from them .

@BillHyatt: Hi Bill,
I have got PFL, it asks for updated record of Settlement funds from the bank, which is quite clear.
Though it also mentions that, "Any additional information or documentation to support that your application satisfies program criteria.", does this mean they are asking proof for satisfying the 67 marks criteria?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I have got the PFL (Procedural Fairness Letter) request and the status changed to "Awaiting Information".
Good Luck

You only need to submit latest documents of Funds and no other documents are required. The second part is common for everyone who receives PFL.

I hope this will help. Good Luck.

Ok and you had submitted your application on what date? Also, apologies for my lack of awareness but what is a procedural fairness letter?

I have submitted the application on 3rd November 2017.
PFL is a letter sent to the applicant which explains the officer’s concerns and gives the applicant an opportunity to provide an explanation or any additional information before a final decision is made within a reasonable time frame.

Before receiving the letter, what was your status? Submitted, Assessment, DIP? If your status was Submitted or Assessment, you received ADR (Additional Document Request), not PFL. PFL comes after you're in DIP, when the immigration officer has examined your files closely and found issues, and it can delay your case a fair amount.

Hey Guys,

I have a nomination from Ontario and applied for Express Entry, but unfortunately my application was canceled after 3 weeks from AOR as incomplete. I forgot to upload a form...
Now I submitted a new application in MyCiC and I need 600 points from Ontario. In a letter, CIC asked me to contact Ontario and asked them to confirm my nomination to my new Express Entry Profile, and this is their response :

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) may be able to transfer your nomination to your new Express Entry profile if you are required to create a new profile due to technical difficulties.

If this is the case and you have created a new Express Entry profile, you must send the following information to the OINP:

· A copy of the letter you received from IRCC acknowledging the return of your APR package and the reason for the return;

· A copy of the letter you received from IRCC acknowledging the new profile; and

· A letter explaining why you updated your profile and a list of the additional or updated information you provided in your new Express Entry profile.

Please be advised that the OINP may require you to provide additional or updated documents to support your application. OINP staff will contact you directly should documentation be required.

All statements and authorizations that you agreed to in your original application continue to apply to any new information you provide to support your application. If you provide false or incomplete information, your application will be denied.

We hope this information will assist you. Once again, thank you for your email and for your interest in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.

Does anyone has the same problem like me? I need your help guys..
Before their reply, I thought that my nomination is valid for 6 months without any limit...
