Hello Expert members,
I really need some help here. It's been 62 days now and my application is still in DIP since August, 10.
I called Ontario immigration to see if something is wrong. After the lady checked from her side using my file number she told me that everything looks OK, and there was no request to any additional documents or whatsoever.
I asked here if my application has been escalated to a senior officer for decision, she said no, actually all applications are directed at the final stage to a senior officer for final review and approval, and you just have to wait.
Now in your opinion what could be wrong and how should I take the next step ?. Has anyone faced the same scenario before.
Thank you for your help !
Best Regards,

You must ask your bank to inform in a letter that the primary applicant has access to this funds.
I will explain myself. if your wife is the primary applicant and the account is at your name, she must have access to those funds. If she doesn't already has it, then you must ask your bank officer. Probably you'll have to sign some documents giving authorization for her to sign and withdraw funds in your account. After that, the bank won't have any problem writing in a letter that she has access to those funds.
Hope it helps.

Edit: As @eyts said, it'll be good to explain it as well in a LoE, along with anything else that you think could be confusing for the visa officer.[/QUO

@ivancabrer & @eyts: Thank you so much us for the explanation. I have already requested my Bank to include my wife as a joint account holder, so in that way bank has no issues giving POF letter including my wife name. Additionally, i will put remarks for the same in LOE too..

Yes that would be better, I am using the same method since I need myself and my wife to have full access to the funds, in our case the joint account was in "OR" so either of us can withdraw from the account.

I have submitted oinp on 4 july and its in DIP and not approved yet. But i am moving to US this week on H1b so there's change in my employer and address, do i need to inform OINP as my status is not approved yet. If yes, then how can I communicate them. Please advise.
Since it is not approved yet, you can update your details in the document and send it to OINP mail address.

Submitted: 25-07-2017 || Assessment: 27-07-2017 || DIP: 17-08-2017 || Nomination: 13-09-2017
Better get started with the PCC's in my opinion.

Hi can you please add me into the WhatsApp group? +447827337312

Also I have a question, I have an OINP but there is no way I have access to a job contract or documents about a previous job as they have now disbanded. What do I do when uploading the evidence documents?

Thank you

Hi All,

My EE profile created on 07-july-2017 and CRS was 376, earlier this week I updated my education and now my CRS is 403. So, is there anything I should do to get Ontario NOI or I have to just wait only?? Plus my NOC is 2173 which is required in Ontario and as per july update of OINP they will provide NOI to people with few NOCs (which includes 2173 as well) even if score is less than 400. Please suggest.

Hey..i am so worried on the fact that oinp is till on hold..

As far as I know OINP HCP is still on hold and there is about 1994 (Aug 8) nominations to be issued as mentioned here (http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_PROCESSINGTIMES.html) before reaching their yearly quote, not including nominations issued after 8/8. So my question during the a hold a lot of people will be added to the pool 400+ but not nominated by regular draws and when OINP reopes to issue NOI I don't know what is the criteria to issue the NOI like how long the EE is there first come first served, occupations or what ? I am really confused! I want to re-create my EE profile but I am afraid they will nominate older profiles so I will not have a chance!

Thoughts ?
