So do I. I keep kicking myself because I actually had my documents ready last Monday night and thought it would be fine to register the next day, and then they closed! Now we just have to wait for HCP to reopen.

NOI Received - 29/June
Submitted - 5/July
Assessment - 18/July
DIP - 19/July
Nominated - 04/Aug

To all IQAS / ECA people, my duplicate ECA request was delivered to IQAS on 6/july and they dispatched the report to OINP on 31/July. I believe OINP was waiting for my duplicate ECA from IQAS. I hope this information will be useful.

NOI: 23 June 2017

after weeks and weeks of facing technical problem & lots of emails & phone calls, the problem was finally solved and I submitted my documents on the august 3.
Just want to tell u guys that in case of not receiving answers with email, call them without hesitation because in my case they just simply forgot ! I know it sounds strange but it happened!

do they entertain calls ?? whats the exact number you dialed ?
i tried to call them thrice and after diverting my call to the operator, it kept on disconnecting

I keep wondering why dip stags goes on for 2 weeks or more. Any wild guesses? The wait is killing

I want to encourage all who feel sad for not submitting and probably hate themselves for not....

Don't be too hard on ur selves...

Learn a lesson "be prepared" and move on. Being proactive is key in this quest...

Gather all required document on checklist and be ready to upload immediately the stream is reopened.

There's a purpose for everything that happens... we need to also learn to be patient,and always remember that time and chance happens to us all....

I wish you success and I'm positive the stream will reopen soonest...

yes, they were so supportive and polite. although my problem took so long to be solved because of their mistake but they kept answering my calls. you can find several numbers in the contact us page , i specifically talked to Mr wood several times.

i think you do not need NOI from any province to apply for PNP apart from Ontario
