Hi,
Regarding BIRTH CERTIFICATE:
1. If you do not have birth certificate: Then you should have Non Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC). You may google it.
2. If you have the birth certificate and Name is not mentioned on it: Simply get an affidavit stating that the certificate (mentioning date, certificate number, you parents name etc) belong to you.
3. If you have Birth Certificate and Name is mentioned on it: Good to go ahead with your process.
Regarding EMPLOYMENT REFERENCE LETTER:
You may google it. You can get 100's of samples.
But remember that every employer can not give all sort of information. For instance, out of my personal experience, my employer is not ready to disclose the Salary and other benefits in the Reference Letter.

I did not get an option to remove IRCC so I just proceeded with that and so I said its $75. This is fine as the process for WES to complete takes max 1 working day and hopes OINP receives within next day. .All the best. Cheers
Its great.. But I have a small doubt.. what if later we want to send the copy to CIC as in the end pr will be done by CIC and onip is one extra step..

I did the following for my birth certificate " I didn't had the name on birth certificate so I got a notarized affidavit that states that my name was not decided at the time of birth and my full name is ***** "
there is no section for resume separate but it was an ask in the mandatory document checklist. SO I added a resume in work reference letter and gave comment as resume. Hope this helps.

Hi,
Another thing to be mentioned in the affidavit is the Birth Certificate "XXXX" (birth certificate number).
It clarifies that the 'so and so' birth certificate belong to you and referred person is you.
I hope it is mentioned in your affidavit.

On that note I wold also like to add that had his consultant opened his profile then he would have definitely asked him to start arranging the documents+funds as 14 days is a very tight time limit. Am again not discouraging but, if the consultant has not asked him for the documents yet then he might not have registered him. FYI @mpr204
