Under the family information section, when I enter my spouse IELTS Score (S:6 L:6 R:5.5 W:6), I get the message:
Please note that you are not eligible to apply. To qualify under the Human Capital Priorities Stream, you must have a CLB score of 7 or above in English or in French.

Please advise. I was under the impression that only I needed a high score in IELTS. Is this a mistake from OINP side?
Same problem I am facing. However my brother who is in Canada managed to catch Ontario PNP customer service on phone and they suggested it might be a false warning that can be ignored.

Guys, any idea if I need to order a duplicate of WES report for my spouse too? because I am adding her education points into my CRS score. However while applying for OINP I did not seem to find any place where it is asked that they would need spouse report duplicate copy too. Pls guide if you have been in same situation. thanks!

How we could ignore it? I can't go further than that error. did you manage to upload your document?

Hi Prateek, Bill has a better understanding of this than I do. My personal experience was:

After I paid the fees and submitted my application it took 2 days for my status to change to Submitted. Another week to change to Assessment, 3 days to Decision in Progress and 23 days to Nominated!

Good luck to you.

Do you know it they called or emailed your contacts checking the information you did submit?

PLEASE HELP!!!

I found that I entered wrong NOC code , I am a software tester and I had entered 2283 code previously and i had recieved NOI from Ontario but today I changed the NOC code to 2173 , as I found out it to be correct NOC code , and I received a message that I am no longer eligible for EE.
and now I can not update the EE profile also.
If I create a new EE profile with correct details , what will happen to NOI?

Please reply

Few questions for you.

1. How can you not eligible after creating new profile, unless its because of your age.
2. What's your CRS.
3. Why can't you roll back to your original NOC (Wrong one), just to give a try ?

can u check by pressing the errors button on summary page and see if it is shown as an error? when i last did this it did not show as an error. i haven't yet submitted my application so don't know if it allows to proceed further or not. i dropped an email to oinp asking about this but didn't get a response.

I tried to correct my NOC , but forgot to update in my work experience fields , thats why ee profile got ineligible.and now it prohibits me to update any information.

I have to create a new profile now
