Sure, I submitted my OINP application on 10th April 2017, NOC 6314. I'm based in Johannesburg. I received the email for additional supporting docs on 15 May 2017.

I received OINP and I want to know how to upload the copy of "letter of interest" as there is no way to download it properly.
Also, could anybody share the template for "letter of intent" which we need to upload?

Yes and we've to pay for that duplicate report. Please read the OINP guide and WES website for more details. Good luck.
I took a screenshot and uploaded that. Just make sure that the date you received the NOI and your name are shown properly in the screenshot.
There is no template for the letter of intent since everyone's situation is different. Write about why you want to move to Ontario and what are your future plans.

Goto https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp and Add recipient and choose 'Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCI' and proceed with the next links and make payment Then you should be good.
I have mentioned in file number in Attention to field.. thats the only place you can write some text...

When I filled information in the Family Information section regarding my spouse's IELTS score, the system replies that:
Please note that you are not eligible to apply. To qualify under the Human Capital Priorities Stream, you must have a CLB score of 7 or above in English or in French.
My spouse's IELTS scores are the following:
Speaking - 5.5
Listening - 4.5
Reading - 4.5
Writing - 4.5
Does it mean that I CANNOT submit my application to the OINP HCP Stream?
My IELTS scores:
Speaking - 7
Listening - 8
Reading - 8
Writing - 8
