Hi Savy!
When I mentioned "pay attention to your scanned documents" I meant you need to scan all pages of your passport, for example. And it is good to have them all in one single pdf document.
In my case, I had bank statements from the last 6 months and a sudden deposit of about 9,000 CAD for the last 3 months and nothing happened. To ensure that this money is yours, you might download your pay slips and/or your bank statements showing your income monthly.
It is mandatory to download your bank statements of the last 6 months. Don't try to fool them.
1. A sudden deposit is ok once you are properly employed.
2. The bank statements or your pay slips are proof that you had a paid work, which is also mandatory for your work experience.

I hope I've answered your queries...
Take care and good luck!

Or maybe we can show a fixed deposit as well? I showed my work experience till last December and considering bank statement, last six months i freelanced and earned couple of folds then what i was earning from job, so i hope this won't matter, As I'll add invoices with it or maybe a tax return if required ?

Hello,
Can anyone please help me,
I received NOI from OINP on april 12, submited my application on April 24.
On april 29 its assessment began. I was only asked on may 15 to send a consent form to CES for releasing information of my diplomas assessment with OINP, which i did, and the next day my profile passed to "decision in progress".
I have 408 points, IELTS (clb) L10, W8,R10,S10.
Noc code 1111, almost 2 years of experience, 27 years old.
Can anyone please say if i have any chance of getting a nomination?
Thank you, wish you all the best!

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP

I received nomination with (spouse non accompanying) score 414.
If accompanying score would be 388 (at date of nomination).

NOW I want to change my spouse to be accompanying in my eAPR.
I have now ielts and eca (dated after nomination)of spouse.. and by adding her as accompanying score will Be 406.

Is it ok to add her as accompanying now(score 406)
or they will consider that at date of nomination (score 388) was below 400 if I included her as accompanying from the beginning.?

Or all they care about is that score now is above 400 despite the ielts and eca are dated after nomination.?

Please need expert reply.

Thanks.

You need an noi from Ontario to apply for OINP. Once you have the noi then occupation does not matter

Hi,
Does CIC request for a transcript for a degree even if we have an ECA for the same one?
if so, on what name and address we should request for the transcripts from our university?

Thanks for the reply.. How do we get NOI from ontario... Do you you i just apply for oinp and wait till they nominate me
OINP send NOI to people with crs above 400 on the EE. You can't get NOI, they send you NOI

If they asked for access to ECA from CES, it means your application is progressing well. Keep faith...

Hi,
Now I have got NOI from Ontario and I have score of 406.
But my score will go down in October, due to my age criteria. Will I be able to process and get through before October?. as it might bring me below 400 and disqualify!!!.

Also I don't have a birth certificate, all I was using till now is my school certificates and Passport, do I need to get some sort of Birth certificate ?.
Do we require employment reference letters or the appointment and relieving letters from the employers is sufficient: along with paystubs ?

If you are above 30, your score will go down to 401, you are safe.

Yes, you need birth certificate.
Yes, you need reference letter, contract and pay stub for all the paid jobs during the last 10 years.

If you don't have a birth certificate then you can attach any alternative. Any document you may have used to get your ID Card such as Child Registration Number. You can attach School Certificate along with it and explain your position in LOE (lost, misplaced, and alternative document attached). You will be fine with that as OINP needs to verify date of birth and your Name.

Answer to second question has been given to you in the above post.

I hope you got your answers.

Getting a birth certificate is fairly easy in most countries. Ask your local municipal office to check their records and if your birth was registered they'll write out/print a birth certificate in no time.
Good luck.
