You have 6 months to create an account beginning from when you receive NOI, then, you must complete and submit your application within 14 days of creating your account.

Just make sure that 14 days period is within 6 month period. That is if you start your application after 5 months and 25 days, you have only 5 days and not 14 days

Unfortunately I can't tell the exact date but it was sometime around 27th/28th April.

Contrats buddy! Could you share when your application changed to DIP?

It was at 'submission' stage for about 4 days and then moved to 'assessment'. Unfortunately, I didn't note the exact dates but I recall the assessment was quite short which surprised me as by the end of the 2nd week after submission (sometime around the 28th) it had moved to 'DIP'.

Note though that even after I had received the message in my CIC account yesterday, my OINP profile was still reading 'DIP'. So I am not sure the updates on our profiles are accurate.

I submitted my OINP application on May 5th, and on May 10th it moved from assessment to DIP.

It changed to assessment on May 8th. our timeline is pretty similar, i think your status will change to DIP soon.

It changed to assessment on May 8th. our timeline is pretty similar, i think your status will change to DIP soon.
