Hi all. This thread has been a interesting read.
Didn't know there were rounds of nomination/invitation for PNP Ontario too. Consulted couple of lawyers but nobody mentioned it. All they adviced was that everyone with a score of 400 and above will recieve a NOI at least (provided they meet EE conditions off course)
I created my EE profile a month after Ontario PNP was closed. I have recreated it twice since. Current one on 8th March 2017. CRS 424.
If its a round based system...any idea of any upcoming/further rounds?
Was hoping that Fedral score would drop somewhere 422/21 sometime mid April but *sigh*

No one is sure what is happening this time in 2017. They are sending NOIS in phases i think. Lot of people with 400 and above score got NOI in February 2017 but many didn't. So it's hard to predict anything.

Here is what happened. They restarted sending out their NOI after 21.2.2017. But they only considered fresh account (or freshly recreated ones). With the increasing amount of applicants using EE, they most likely send out enough NOI just within 2 weeks (here I estimate around 500 to 800 NOI).

Those that were following it closely and reacted fast (by recreating their profiles), got invitations.
Those that waited too long or did some changes and tampering with it, did not get any. (but of course they had so many applicants, that they could even choose whom to invite to apply).

Also just few people reported NOI, you can see rather high amount of different questions regarding One Key profile these days on the forum. Which means, that in reality most people here are silent about their NOI.

Now some applicants sit on their NOI and hope to get direct ITA and to skip the whole procedure.

So no wonder there are no NOI for Human capital stream now. Next batch can be released tomorrow, on april or may (their estimation to reopen Master and PHD streams) or in august (when those old unused will expire).

The only advice is to follow up situation closely and to react fast.

Also when you see some NOI these days, check if it is not French stream first. That one is still opened.

What do you think, will OINP resume pre-screen applications? or they will only focus on that EE human capital ? Because there are still information on OIPN page, how to apply for pre-screen and how to get PN


Also i found on OINP page "have two years of relevant work experience in the last five years, or the relevant mandatory licensing in Ontario for a regulated occupation."

My eccupation is not regulated, so that means that i have to have 2 years of experience in Ontario?, because i am on IEC now, and my employer is willing to help me, but i dont have 2 years of work in Ontario.

SO do i still have to have 2 years of expirience in ON, if my employer is willing to apply for me for OINP ?

received NOI on 23rd Feb. I have made the payments today after completing the One-Key profile. Payment went through successfully.

I got a mail mentioning to monitor the status via OINP e-Filing portal.
i have a few questions :-

i) Is OINP eFiling portal same as One-Key portal ?

ii) What change of status will occur in the One-Key as currently its status is ' SUbmitted' ?

iii) Will there be any status changes in the EE profile ? if Yes then what ? How much time in avg does one have to wait ?

i submitted on 15th Feb but the status is still submitted..
i believe from this forum.. nobody has received approved status yet.
