I had created on Jan 5th. But no NOI yet. If this is the issue they must have fixed it in a year. So sad. Now its a huge risk to re-create one. They may stop the program every now and then.

exactly!!! that is why I am hesitant to re-create at this point..damn i assumed this would be fixed, else I would created last week...

Hello Everyone. I have received an NOI as well.

deleted profile made in Aug 2016
Recreated new profile on Feb 18 2017
Profile went active after job bank formalities on Feb 21st 2017
FSW-NOC 1123

NOI received 6 hours ago. But says to directly contact the province. I think that will be done through the online portal but the website is down due to system issues. Best of luck to everyone and hopefully this is the start of our journey.
