Can you please guide what exact button to press after you loged in?

The staring point should be the URL mention in Red on http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_APPLY.html

This will take you to the login ONPNP login directly... you have to start a new application post this login..
