We have created our express entry profile on February 2019 we are eligible for Ontario PNP so updated our score on March 2019. Should I wait for Ontario to send nomination or should I apply for OINP in e-filing portal pls suggest.

I'm an electrical engineer in a company for 5 years now, I got my IELTS result recently (L/R/W/S = 8.5/7/6.5/7), can I apply for PNP program with this profile. Me and my wife have masters and she also has IELTS score with more than 5 bands individually. Please help me with this query.

I am applying for OINP and they need first and last month payslips or bank statements of all our work experience. I do not have the first-month payslip of the first company and also cannot find the bank statement for that as it is 10 years old. What can I do?
I am going to apply for OINP. But for Employment reference letter, my organisation refused me give letter under "To Whom It May Concern". Can you please enlighten me whom should I suggest to Address?

I reside in the USA and I have received a Letter of Interest from OINP on Aug 15th, 2019. I have uploaded all the documents , however, I want to clear off few queries before submitting the application. Can anyone help me answering them ?
1) While uploading work history documents , “in proof of compensation” you can read - proof of income tax documents - are these documents mandatory ? I have already uploaded all the paystubs/ job offer letter, experience letter, resignation letter, work hours etc in the application.
2) In Other Optional Documents - Can I include a cover letter ? Is it necessary ? Or simply do not attach anything?
3) Other Activities (excluding education and paid work) – Is this Mandatory ? I just have a 6 - month gap after my Graduation when I was in a job search. Rest everything is in line with the application dates without a break – Do I need to write this as a separate letter or just fill “NO “ in the application and move on to the next tab ?
Some help would be appreciated.
