Hi,

1. Do we need to submit notarized and scan documents for Ontario PNP or only coloured scan of documents will be sufficient.

Colour scanned is enough

2. I have statutory declaration from one of my seniors in last organization for my roles and responsibilities which is 2 year old. Do I need to takefresh statutory declaration.

fresh reference letter with job duties mentioned is recommended.

3. I don't have my DOB certificate but have PAN, Passport, matriculation certificate with proper dob. Can I go with these docs and without dob birth certificate.

Birth certificate is mandatory for OINP

2. I have 12 years experience. And in current job for 4 m and I cannot get it's r&r but have its appointment letter and salary slips. Will I have to get it's r& r compulsorily. Also I have proper r&r for my last org with 6.5 years experience and for org before that I have statutory declaration which is 2 years old. What shall I do.

3. In OINP check list thay have mentioned that in absence of Birth certificate we can provide govt letter. What kind of letter that could be.

4. Can you provide your contact no. To speak over ph.

Two years is too old in my opinion. If you can't obtain try to garner from different colleague else go with the old one although that's not recommended.

Neglect the one which you have 4 month experience and furnish the rest with well drafted LOE.

I have one more query regarding IELTS as I appeared for exam on 02.04.16 and result was declared on 01.06.16 after revaluation. I want to know till what date my IELTS is valid and till what stage is it acceptable in whole process.

LOE means letter of explanation.
IELTS carries validity of 2 years.
It is enough if you mention, "you lost the certificate". Try to apply for new birth certificate (Sorry, i don't know the process) .

Hello Sir. I'm new here. I have been doing a personal assesment lately and I have a few questions that I would need clearifications on:

1) If your PNP score is 67 for Ontario OINP are you authomatically eligible to be norminated?

2) What is the minimum time aloted for funds to be in one's account (i.e as proof of funds)? Some Provinces insist that the funds must be at leasts 3 months old. Is it the same for Ontario or is it 6 months?

3) This statement in CRS "Two or more post-secondary programs, of which at least one was completed after a post-secondary program of three or more years". What does it involve? I have a Barchelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, after which I also had a 10 month Certificate in Oilfield Engineering from a State owned Institution. If this institution gives me a Transcriept, would that be an acceptable Post-degree Certificate?

I would appreciate any answers to these questions. Thanks to all.

I think reference letter from present employment is enough
But for previous employments appointment letter or contract, experience certificate and proof of salary like form 16, bank statements is required

For experience I think you should show full experience i.e there should be no gap between different jobs or between study and job
