No there was no such condition that one has to have masters or PhD from Ontario... about 4th July update.. usually Ontario sends NOIs to applicants with CRS above 400+.. but for that particular week only, they relaxed the rule & sent NOIs to people from ICT background with CRS lower than 400

You can link your new EE number.
Under your name > My user account > Update Express Entry Information tab
Hi all! I read about a missing tab where the letter of explanation is uploaded. Do you mean the section Other in Your Supporting Documents menu?
Yes, you can upload it under other section for LOE as there is no separate section for the same.
Am really not sure about NOI. Probably others can respond to it. As they are inviting more applicants in different programs, we can believe the nomination of interest should be on still.

Also, while creating the profile, while selecting provinces and territories, can I just select one check box with option 'All Provinces and Territories' or I should check mark all provinces check box separately. as I am open for all provinces
Which Provinces or Territories would 'FirstName LastName' consider living in?
better to check mark all provinces as the consideration is more when compared to other.

You can select the 'All Provinces' option, make sure when selecting this, there must be at least 2 checkboxes below, the authorisation to collect information from British Columbia and Ontario for your profile to be considered for nomination or EOIs (sorry, forgot the exact words).
If you don't see these checkboxes, select Ontario only, followed by selecting British Columbia, then "All Provinces". That should work. Good luck.
