Hello everyone.
I've submitted an application to HCS on July 5th. Today I find out that I attached online pdf version of WES report instead of printed hard copy. Is it really matter? Can it be the reason to claim my application incomplete?
The status of my application is still "submitted", no changes yet. Is it ok?

Really? I thought only IRCC received e-copy but not OINP. Or they could ask WES to proof the ECA report?

You need to order a duplicate report with recipient as OINP.

WES will send an e-copy to OINP within a day or two. Please ensure you do this as its mandatory and mentioned clearly in the guide

But they send a hard copy, don't they? I thought this is not required anymore.
Somebody asked it here before. Can anyone be sure, is it needed?

It is needed indeed. You are applying for an immigration program. Please check the application guide

anyone has any idea that how much time left for OINP to stop submitting new applications to HCP
i received my NOI on 29th June, since then i have been trying to get hold of my birth certificate and it still might take a month before it arrives
so how to know that how much time is left before quote is filled or something like that ??

if birth certificate is not there.. can you submit other docs passport/school leaving with dob & parent's name/parent's affidavit.. i saw one guy..who didn't have birth certificate and was able to justify with supporting docs..

my local authorities are saying that since i am older than 20 so no computerized record of my age , therefore my application for birth certificate will need to get attested from various ministry sources before it gets back to them, only then they will be able to issue me a valid birth certificate.
That might take 20 to 25 days more. so i want to ask will the OINP for HCP streams will be closed by then ?

Mine is in submitted state since July 1. so you are better off than me no?

yes, my husband is the principal applicant..his CRS score is 378 and noc2173 and got EOI on 29 th june under ICT

Congrats. so it means that the last issuing of NOI was on June 29.

Oops!! yes I guess. July people are all in submitted status except one guy who got assessment status on 5th July.

I have submitted EE profile last friday and I am at CRS 434 . I was just wondering when will ppl receive ONIP usually after submitting EE profile. Pls advice

chances are very low that it would be closed in next one month..

Having ties in that province means if you have any relatives in Ontario. Check the OINP guide for further explanation of who all can be covered in your ties.
