Ontario PNP Nomination

Hi,
I received a nomination for Ontario today. I have a few questions.

1. Their website mentions that I have 45 days to respond to the Nomination. Does that mean I can wait by doing nothing for 44 days and then can make an account? or do I have to make an account on PNP portal immediately, or inform them that I have interest? I ll like to wait for ITA before going for PNP.
2. If I accept Nomination I ll have limited time to submit all the documents. Does anyone have a list of documents that I need to submit?
3. If I edit my EE profile, will my nomination be revoked? My wife got her ECA and I haven't added it to EE profile. I am not sure if any changes in EE profile can result in cancellation of nomination?

It might have to do something with NOC. I heard last year Ontario was interested in ICT people.

Should I recreate my profile? I heard since the tie breaking rule is in effect, even if we get OINP and get 600 points after recreating, we still need to wait ...

If you get 600 points, that rule won't effect you. It effects in case your score is the cutoff. I am not sure if recreating helps or not. If it does, you can have a go at it.

Recreation doesn't have an effect on your ITA invitation.Candidates recreate to receive NOI from ontario as the province has the reputation of sending NOI's to recent profiles.

Tie break rules applies when you have same score as the cut-off.

For instance , the invitation cut-off is 424 and you have CRS 424 with file created on October 10, 23:55:55
let's also assume that they are inviting 1000 candidates, there might be vast number of candidates with your score but they can only accommodate 1000 application.

Under such circumstances, if there is a candidate who created profile at October 10, 23:55:54 , he/she will receive an ITA as per rule and you have to wait for next draw. vice-versa.

If you have a decent CRS and you are affirmative that you will receive ITA in recent draws, it is recommended not to recreate the profile as you will loose your seniority.

Recreation is recommended, either when your profile is about to expire or you are yet to receive NOI.

what is the minimum CRS for PNP, i know max will get priority.
Just need to know minimum so that i can score in IELTS.

400 is the minimum you should have to be considered for OINP.
