Ontario PNP Master Stream Federal Part, application fee question

My common law and I applied for PR under Ontario PNP Master stream. We paid our application fee & right of permanent residence fee all together online via credit card. I printed out my receipt and sent it out with application together. This January, I received the email from CIC with my application number(file number) and they start processing my application. However, up to now, there is no deduction on my credit card account for the application fee and right of permanent residence fee. I am curious about why. Is there anything wrong with my application. Do I have to make another payment?

Are you checking the correct credit card account? Or you may have simply literally missed it in your statements last December or January. They couldn't have issued you the file number if the payment failed, and they would have alerted you by now if there was a problem with collecting your payment.
