I have a general question regarding the Ontario PNP program. I am aware that masters graduate and human capital streams are closed and will reopen later on.
However, I am a bit confused about one thing. I used to be international student and now I have a permanent job in NOC code B. I can therefore most probably apply for the International Student with Job Offer stream and will be requiring Pre Screening application from my employer.
My question is that is pre screening applications being currently accepted or are they closed as well? I would assume it should be open because I will be applying to a PNP stream which is currently open.
