Ontario: PNP: IELTS Validity duration?

Hi Team,

I am (on work permit in Ontario) nominated by PNP, Ontario Province. I am applying for immigration and have the following 2 questions:

1. The checklist required IELTS, what is the duration of the validity of IELTS. My results are more than 1 year old is that acceptable?

2. I received back my application due to supplying, General Consulate issue Birth Certificate. Now, as per the letter from CIO, I am supplying 10th Class passing certificate with my full name, DOB and full name of parent(s).
Should I be returning the same form or refill new forms? My form is stamped with the date it was first received by CIO office. And the date are of early this month.

donno whtr u will reply me or not...just state somthng on my case..i hve applied for International Business Mangamnt Course from Georgian College ,OnTARIO....do i will be eligible for pr aftr working for 1 yr aftr study...n do this work has to be realtd to my studies...i just want to know what are the situation in ontario now...plz help

Be aware that I am my opinion may be out date so, i recommend that you check with someone or check cic.gc.ca website.

In my opinion, there is a class called CEC in which you CAN apply if:

1. Your work and your course are related and fall under one of the listed NOC categories that CIC has identified
2. You may also, I think you will actually also, end up requiring an employer to sponsor your LMO (work permit). Also, just know that it not very easy to find an employer who would sponsor ur LMO.

A. IELTS scores have a recommended two year validity period.

2. I received back my application due to supplying, General Consulate issue Birth Certificate. Now, as per the letter from CIO, I am supplying 10th Class passing certificate with my full name, DOB and full name of parent(s).

A. Not too sure about this one. However why don't you call them and confirm. Else fill in a form and send along with the old one.
