Hello guyss,

I just need knowledge regarding PNP . I graduated with a Diploma in Software engineering in August 2015 and rite after that the very next week i got hired by a small company in their IT department. My main duties are Python scripting to generate reports,MYSQL,PHP and Hardware trouble shooting, Now its been 4 months and my probation period is over as well. The starting package which i got is 43K + benefits which i personally think not bad for a 20 year boy with no prior experience. I also received my PGWP which is expiring in 2019. Now Can i apply for PNP in Ontario if my employer agrees? And if he does ,what steps he has to go through. I know i cant apply for LMIA with this much experience. What other options i have for PR. I will really appreciate for your help.

Thanks in advance

Your employer have to apply for Pre-screening application to be approved by OINP, for the position they hired you. Then after they are approved you can apply. Your employer have to fill forms where they are required to enter the business related information. If they are comfortable doing so, they should go ahead and there is no fees for Pre-screening application.

It doesnt depend on how much hour u work, it depends how much ur employer is paying u.
