Ontario PNP. Express entry :- Human Capital Priorities Stream

Hello Guys,

I have a CRS score of 487 and I got ontario nomination in my gc key profile this week. I got 45 days to apply for PNP in human capital stream.
My work permit is expiring on April 17,2023. I am in a confusion whether to wait for ITA or should go ahead and apply for nomination.
My questions are basically
1) whether to apply for ontario PNP right away
2) If I apply for PNP will I be eligible for BOWP(bridge open work permit) because I have seen we need acknowledgement of receipt to apply for PNP.
3) will I get acknowledgement of receipt right away after submitting documents for ontario pnp which I can use to apply for BOWP?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Hello Guys,

Just a quick question.

I am applying and anout to submit documents for OINP human capital stream. I was struck at a point where in the education field it’s asking for education credit assessment.

I did my Masters in Ottawa, Ontario and Bachelors in Hyderabad, India. I stated my bachelors also in my education history. So do I need ECA for my bachelors education or is it not needed? Could someone please help on this ASAP. Thank you.

You do not need ECA for your masters done in Canada. I am in a similar boat but currently I am unable to login to the OINP website. It asks me for my first last name and email address and when I put it in, it says incorrect.

I know that we don’t need ECA for masters, since it’s done in Canada. but what about the bachelors?
Regarding your login, try clearing cache if it doesn’t work, give them a call.

I think for express entry they have answered that you only need it for the highest degree (see this), so I guess the same applies for OINP.

Follow FSW process as there is a list of mandatory documents to prove work experience.
