Ontario Pnp- ECA degree recognition question

Hey guys,
I sent away my Ontario Pnp application yesterday. I included a copy of my ECA. The application guide states that is all I needed to send but I have read online that people have been requested to get one sent directly from the institution that issued the ECA report.Do any of you guys have an experience with this? Did I just need to sent a copy or should I contact the education assessment institution and get one sent from them to Ontario?

Which institution did you use?

It has the instructions depending on which institution you used..

Thank you for the reply.I used IQAS.According to the application guide this is an acceptable institution to use but it is not mentioned on this page

Hmmm, interesting.
I'd say you should be fine if you sent the copy you received from IQAS.
How many copies did the institution send you when it was recognized?

I ask because from that list ICAS is one that sends you 2 original copies of the ECA and then they do not require you to request an extra copy straight from the institution.

I'd also recommend you call them, just in case. It won't hurt.

IQAS sent me one copy.I sent a scanned copy of this.I really hope this isn't a problem.Yeah,I'll keep you guys informed for sure
