Ontario PNP - can work in any other province?

Hi All,
Me and my friend recently got Canadian PRs. I got the ITA and PR without any PNP, but my friend had got the Ontario PNP which boosted up his points and then he got ITA and PR subsequently. Both of us returned to our countries of residence after completing the landing procedure and we are now looking for jobs in Canada in order to move there as soon as possible.

My question is - if my friend gets a job offer from any province other than Ontario, can he work there? Or is it a rule that one needs to live and work in Ontario for at least 2 years before moving to any other province?

Hello folks, any information on this topic? This is in a situation where person is located in Ottawa, but say he/she gets a job in Gatineau, which is in Quebec. Or in Montreal. With Ontario PNP, can a person live in Ontario but work in Quebec?
