Yes I have applied, my employer has applied for pre-screening.

I have one question, after the employer submits the pre-screening application, do they get any email that the application is submitted?

Yes they will give u file number for ur application. Please tell ur employer to check his/her email.

- Can anyone who can't demonstrate 2 years of "full time" "employment" in the past 5 years, apply for Ontario PNP ?

If you are asking for applying under foreign worker category, the answer is NO.
