Ontario Nominee Pre Screen approval issue March 2015 applicants

Hi my employer applied for Ontario Nominee program in march 2015 under international students job offer stream.
The title he requested was for Claims Supervisor as that was my job back then, but I have been offered a promotion this month to Account manager and I don't know if this change requires the change to our pre-screen application as well, it is already been a year since they have been processing it and I am afraid that if we inform them of change in the job title it will take another year and i don't have that much time left in my work permit. So i am not sure if i should take the promotion.

Any suggestions will help!!

Spoke to them just now, they told me to send the updated Job NOC code via email to them and new wage information. Not very helpful unfortunately.
They couldn't tell me if this will lead to further delays, plus my work permit will expire next march, dont really know what to do. I think I will apply under express entry, their processing times seem much shorter.

Just follow their instructions and hope for the best.
