I received this response from the Ontario Nominee program regarding my application sent on December 22,2015.

My post graduate work permit expired on October 29,2015, I have mailed an application for bridge open work permit even though I will not receive it just so I could get the implied status to continue working.

I need some advice on how to respond. please help me guys!!!

If you choose to be assessed against the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) criteria, all
applicants must meet the following provincial criteria:

occupation in Canada in the past three years from the date of the P/T Notification
of Interest from OINP.

Assessment (ECA) report produced by a designated organization indicating that
your foreign education is the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelors, Masters or

Page 2 of 3
 A language level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 or above in all
language competencies (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) in either
English or French.

Their main concerns are :
 Evidence that your work experience matches the lead statement and a
substantial number of the main duties under the NOC code of the occupation
identified in your application (NOC 1114);
 Copy of your new work permit or a letter of acknowledgement from IRCC stating
that you have applied to extend your legal status in Canada;

You should get an employment reference letter, which outlines your duties that match NOC 1114 at least 70%. Please don't copy and paste from the NOC website.

You can apply for visitor visa and give them the confirmation that you already apply. Since your BOWP will be denied and you will be out of status on the day you receive the response, you have to apply for visitor visa anyway.

Sorry to hear about the letter you got.

1. Send them an updated job letter with details duties which matches your NOC. I will recommend to write it by yourself and forward it to HR because they normally will give you the regular template they have which is not good enough for CIC.
Also take a reference letter from your manager/boss indicating your job tittle, NOC and duties along with your achievements.

2. I will recommend you to apply for Study Permit which will at least allow you to work part-time. And you have until Jan 2017 to start your school. Get enrolled in any short term program to save your status.

3. Submit recent pay stubs and NOA from CRA.

Thank you guys I really appreciate the feedback.

The application I submitted for my bridging open work permit,, I had requested a hold on the application until I can submitted the acknowledgement letter. The immigration lawyer had told me that sometimes they will wait until you can submit the letter then process the application.
I think will write the job letter myself as your right, the job letter I received from HR is not sufficient. I hired an immigration Lawyer as well, I hope it works out.
