I was about to post similar topic re: my recent experience in buying a house in Southern Ontario. I started writing in a story telling format and it became huge . Now I'm confused whether it would be more helpful if I only post few tips that I learned or the whole story. Please, comment and I will follow thus.

FYI, my closing date is actually today .
