I received mine in about 2 weeks from the day I mailed my request (by regular mail).

Hello members,
I lived in Ontario for 4 months(2012) during which I was unemployed and did not even had a rental agreement on my name.I was living with a friend who left Canada now.

The only documents that I can show for this 4 months are, My health records, "CBSA report-No stamps on passport" & My debit card transactions.
Can you help me on how to apply for my health records from Ontario. Currently I live in Calgary,AB.

If you can suggest any other proof's that I can show of my residence during that period will be a good help.
