I like the Idea of Mohareb becoz it is not a matter of years of degree but it is a matter of numbers of credit hours but how we will convince them becoz all of us are from 2 years graduation and 2 years masters.....

This is Great news !!!! This means that they started to move. Did you medical actually expired ? as you mention 11 months earlier. This needs 1 extra month.

Also VO may have moved faster than CIC.

They will clearly ask us for a re-medical but it is crazy to ask us to redo our PCs. If it is from your current residence country it is fine but if it is from all countries you lived in again this will be the third time to get this information. I have to travel to different countries to do these.

You just need to wait for their reply. As they need to update the system. The great news that you did not receive the famous 10 questions. I presume you are not from Pakistan with (2+2) situation.

I received a mail from my visa office few days back. But it is not about those 10 questions mail, instead they asked me to send updated Indian PCC and remedicals. I send the updated pcc at the earliest. But regarding medicals, there is lot of confusion. I went to the panel doctor in my area enabled with emedical facility, same place where I did my medicals 11months back. The staff there said they were unable to find this IME number on their system, and that my UCI no. still shows the earlier medicals .
They said with this new IME , they wont be able to update the medical reports to cic, even if I get my medicals done there. I wrote a mail to the visa officer and am now waiting for his reply.... someone please help if they know how to go forward with this remedical whe the present IME is not yet updated in doctors system?

My medical expired by mid Jan ...

I do not know if I visit my doctor here, do you think they can find my number !!!!

last time they have sent a form for us to complete. Did they send you any form in the email from VO this time. Did they ask the same steps or a simpler one ? Did they ask for all family members including Children ?

I do not remember where did I read this, but the myth is " in case of a re-medical, children are excluded".

Medicals have a validity period of one year. My medicals are valid till mid feb. Thats why my new IME number is not yet updated in hospitals system. So I guess I have to wait till then and the very next day I can get my remedicals done as asked by visa officer.

Is there anyone else in this forum whose medicals have expired or are about to expire received such mail?

Can we assume that Ontario PNP (Province) and Ottawa CPC (Federal) are done with their QAs in your case and they have started working on your application at federal level (Good news). Futhermore, Ontario PNP is satisfied with your information they have. That is why they did not send you 10 questions email.

QA is continous process. YuraP have been asked to provide same documents by CIO as asked from myself for QA.

I got objection from ONPNP of not having 3 year degree. I have 2 year BSC +2 years of masters degrees.

This time VO asked me updated pcc`s only from my home country where I`m presently residing.They didn`t ask for foreign locations pcc`s again.Thank God for that. and about medicals, yes this time also VO has sent forms for me, my spouse also for my children. Dear friend, I wish your assumption comes true. Even I have the same feeling that my case must have got through the QA thing and is back to my local VO. But as you know, no one can predict the way our files have been moving all these years.Only thing we can do is keep our belief in the Almighty. Our files have all the needed requirements for PNP, so we should get the much awaited PR`s. I hope this long..........long wait ends soon.

Yes, they request docs for QA in July; not they made objection for degree.
