TRUE ZAIN, NO LOSE OF HOPE.

Even if they reject you, you can still go to a lawyer and sew CIC and they lose most cases.

Below is the link to the service provider I was talking about. Forget if you have 2 or 3 years. Think Credit hours. May be you finished in 2 years what others finish in 4 years. Especially in India and Pakistan, sometimes the degree is more tough than they think in the west. Remember, in USA and Canada they have 3 years Bcom but some classes can be unrelated to business such as Music or Political Sciences course added as minor. This link is important to all of us and we should do it in all cases even you can't land now to Canada, No one knows what future can open for you. May be a job in Canadian companies in your region.

Dear All

this link has a FREE online tool to assess your situation according to Canadian System. If you are happy about the results, there is a special application for CIC purposes. This is the ultimate proof. If it did not wok, I recommend you search for another local service provider like this and do the magic.

I like the Idea of Mohareb becoz it is not a matter of years of degree but it is a matter of numbers of credit hours but how we will convince them becoz all of us are from 2 years graduation and 2 years masters.....

Just like you I have not received any email or call from PNP office either. No worries
I received a mail from my visa office few days back. But it is not about those 10 questions mail, instead they asked me to send updated Indian PCC and remedicals. I send the updated pcc at the earliest. But regarding medicals, there is lot of confusion. I went to the panel doctor in my area enabled with emedical facility, same place where I did my medicals 11months back. The staff there said they were unable to find this IME number on their system, and that my UCI no. still shows the earlier medicals .
They said with this new IME , they wont be able to update the medical reports to cic, even if I get my medicals done there. I wrote a mail to the visa officer and am now waiting for his reply.... someone please help if they know how to go forward with this remedical whe the present IME is not yet updated in doctors system?

Asslam o alikum,

Its not only you two, I have also not received any mail or call, and for last couple of days and I was seriously thinking to send a reminder to cic for my case, but after reading today's discussion on forum, I have stopped my self sending any mail.

I do not stand chance I believe and loosing hope since I have completed only B.com (2 years) and have no other degree.

Starting my journey from 2006 and waiting for the final step after medical and landing fee submission, I thought I am all done, but may be it is not my destiny to reach Canada.

Though they have not sent me any mail but after today's on going discussion I think I will receive one same mail very soon.

Have a good time and best of luck friends.

Regards.
Ahmed.
Friends.me here! I have also not received any email or call from cic or oopnp.....

Dear All,

I did not receive the 10 Questions email or a Phone call. am I the only one ?!! DID you ALL received it ?

I am afraid I missed the email somewhere in my busy inbox. From which account they send this email. Is it from the local Visa Office or from Opportunities Ontario or CIC ?!!! what is the exact sender email.

After Zain's post, I am really worried now.

Hello Zain92,

Yes I got the email on July, however this is not my first time when I sent all the documents, my first time was when I got the first email that my application moved from Federal to Ontario FSW Pilot. And they asked to send a new application with supported documents. It was on November 2012.

I already posted the email in the topic:

I received the email on July from my local visa office:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence to Canada as a member of the Ontario provincial nominee class.

In order to continue with the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide us with the following documents. Please send clear, legible photocopies rather than the original documents. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

· The job offer from your prospective Ontario employer indicating your occupation title and wage for the full-time, permanent position being offered.
· A copy of your curriculum vitae.
· If you are currently employed in Canada, provide proof of employment (e.g., Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Notice of Assessment and CRA T4 Statement of Remuneration Paid).
· Proof of membership and/or registration in regulated occupations if you intend to work in an occupation that requires registration or certification in Ontario.
· Reference letters showing at least 2 years of experience in the previous 5 years for your intended occupation for both work done outside or inside of Canada.
· Proof of education including transcripts.

If any of these documents are not available, please explain why.

Medicals have a validity period of one year. My medicals are valid till mid feb. Thats why my new IME number is not yet updated in hospitals system. So I guess I have to wait till then and the very next day I can get my remedicals done as asked by visa officer.

Is there anyone else in this forum whose medicals have expired or are about to expire received such mail?
