I called CIC today and they said that pilot applications like ours are being processed by CPP Ottawa which is different from the other larger office.

Is there anyone here under this pilot PNP program who has received their passport request and who has similar timelines as mine? My medicals were done end of Jan 2013.

I am seeing Decision Made since the last 3 weeks but no update from CPP-Ottawa

They have been holding my passport since Dec for the OWP. I have job offers in other countries and I can't get out. This is why this is so frustrating... Medical is completed last January. ECAS is still in process... They are sending me invites for pre-departure seminars which is free from CIIP and COA, which is according to them is not required and voluntary. These seminars are funded by the government of canada. We are already in the middle of June and still waiting and waiting and waiting...

I have applied under pilot Pnp backlog in November 2012, initially everything went so fast, got aor within 2 months, medical request after 2 days, and medicals updated within next month, but my file is stuck after that........no updates from last 3 months...not even in process status............no rprf request..........I don't know wots goin on.......y the hell they said its pilot program, this wait is getting on my nerves now........waiting to hear some good news since 2005..........plz god help us !!!!!!

My PR Case is on stack. they are not responding my queries quickly. I want to resolve my PR application issue but they are not responding, really tensed.

No Update also for WP, no correspondence from their end. what about yours. Really Frustrating.

Hi All

I had filed my application in New delhi in 2005 under federal skilled worker category. In 2012 October I was selected under opportunities ontario provincial nominee program under federal skilled worker. I got my AOR in Jan 2013 from CIC and am waiting for second AOR from Abu Dhabi canada embassy.

I have received a letter today from CIC saying they want to refund my immigration processing fee for my application filed in india before Feb 27, 2008. They have given one form to fill and email or post.

My question is that if i ask for refund; will it affect my new application for which i have already receive AOR in Jan 2013 and for which i have already paid application fee by draft. Is it better to wait for my second AOR to come and then ask for refund?

No there is no connection. You can fill the form and submit it.

I have done the same and got my second aor as well from Colombo.

Hadeel Please advise, should i send PR fees again to London Visa Office by bank dd to melt this ice of confusion. London visa office is saying please pay the fees and when you will do this send us copy of receipt.

My old bank dd will expire on 26 of this month. after expiry i can withdraw the amount which is a 3 week process. (Bank sources)

I think all fees matters are now being processed by london visa office because our applications are now sent to london visa office by CIO. CIO will not do anything after giving our data to london.
