Guys, I received a cheque as a fee return for my earlier application. However, there was no payee endorsement at the back of that cheque. I deposited that cheque and they have returned it quoting the same reason. Questions:

-- Can you confirm that there was any kind of signature at the back of the check that you guys received ?
-- If anyone faced the same issue, how did you resolve it ?

I would appreciate your advise on the same.

hi All

Can any body tell when can i get MR. It has now 3 months passed after submission of WP case to Canadian Visa office Islamabad, Pakistan. It is really frustrating. I sent them mails and they replied that my case is in process.

Hi Salooni , I can feel exactly what you are talking about , It is really so frustrating ,Although we are backlog FSW have been waiting for about 7 to 8 years , and switched to this new pilot of Provincial nominees that should be so fast in our case ,and till now we did nothing but waiting
In my case I received a call from the VO in Amman 2 months ago confirming that they received the medical result ,but till now nothing after this call

I understand your feelings, but i think you should be hopeful and optimist and i am sure you will get the destination soon, InshaAllah.

I think one will be in in danger zone if he or she did not get MR even after 3 months. Getting MR will atleast ensure that the candidate is in final stage and nothing is left for decision (Approval or Refusal) except medical result.

I am out of 600 succesfull cabdidtaes of Opportunities Ontario FSW Backlog Program; as I beleive every one was sent a support letter for OWP while I have not recived it yet; is it OK am I the only one or they have missed out others as well.

To whom shall I contact at CIC ontario any contact details!
