Yes I CIIP was mentioned in the AOR email.
You need to inform the same VO, the one you mentioned in your application. You can also confirm your VO, if not sure, from the CIC website and you can contact VO via email.

I'm in the Philippines. My guess is that the MR results were delivered 2 weeks after I did my medicals.
